PL100 Parking Lot Sealant

Dalton Coatings Blacktop Crack Filler is a rubberized and fortified contractor grade formula.  It will fill small cracks up to 1/2" with a pliable bead of liquid sealant. Just pour or squeeze filler into cracks. Sets up in two hours.

Crack-Stix^® 225ft. SMALL 1/4″ or 125ft. MEDIUM 1/2″ Gray Permanent Asphalt Crack Fillers are furnished as a gray solid “rope” in 1/2” or 1/4" thickness. It is an elastomeric, self-leveling sealant, which liquefies quickly and can be used in concrete and asphalt pavements. When properly applied, it combines tenacious adhesive power with extraordinary resiliency to protect against the infiltration of moisture or incompressibles through repeated thermal cycles of expansion and contraction. Crack-Stix^® exhibit superior low temperature ductility, weather resistance, low oxidation breakdown and is non-tracking. It is the only sealant available which is designed to be inserted into the crack or joint cavity first and then melted with direct heat process. The patented modifier system contained in Crack-Stix^® allows the material to withstand direct heat without experiencing degradation. We are pleased to introduce the GRAY version of Crack-Stix^® Permanent Concrete Crack Filler. This product, like it’s black version Crack-Stix^® that has been available since 1999, is the same, hot applied, patented, permanent joint and crack filler. After many requests for gray to fill concrete or faded blacktop…here it is and you don’t need a 200 gallon melter to apply it!

• For Concrete (or faded blacktop) Joints & Cracks 1/2″ – 1″ (12.7 – 25.4mm)
• Meets/exceeds requirements of ASTM C920-11 Standard Specifications for Elastomeric Joint Sealant
• Paintable: With either: Latex paint, masonry waterproofing paint or 2 component high solids epoxy

• TIP: If you are not using our recommended torch and are using just a handheld torch it can be difficult to keep the torch upright (or it may flame out)…so you may want to find BURNER WAND which will keep the flame running!
• For deep cracks or joints, before you begin fill the crack using backer rod, sand or stone dust but leave enough room for product

50lb. DIRECT FIRE – GRAY Hot Pour Joint Sealant Dimensions:  Box 11.5″L x 11.5″W x 12.25″H, Pallet 36″L x 48″W x 40″H Sold in pallet quantities, 18 or 36 blocks per pallet. Crack Rite DIRECT FIRE-GRAY is a superior quality, hot-applied crack and joint sealant that is will work on either concrete or asphalt. It consists of a special blend of resins, thermoplastic polymer rubber and stabilizers. DIRECT FIRE-GRAY can be heated in direct fired or single walled melted kettles. Will not track or bleed.

• Apply using MA-10 Melter
• Each 50lb. box covers approximately 250 lineal feet of ½’x ½” crack or joint
• Great option for customers who don’t want the black contrast on oxidized blacktop
• Meets / exceeds ASTM C920-11 Standard Specification for elastomeric sealants, Type S, T1 for pedestrians and vehicular traffic. It is paintable for line paint with Acrylic, latex or epoxy coatings

JOINT SEAL DOESN’T NEED TO BE BLACK!
