5GAL XL-1000® AE SAND
A pre mixed, sand fortified super rubberized Asphalt Emulsion sealer. Created with high-tech polymer additives for long lasting performance and water resiliency. Dries a satin black finish. Reconditions, texturizes, waterproofs, and resists oil and gas. Coverage rate: 30 to 40 square feet per gallon for two coats.
