XL-1000 AE is a pre-mixed, sand (or no sand version available) fortified rubberized Asphalt Emulsion sealer. Created with polymer additives for long lasting performance and water resiliency.

Suggested mix ratio: Add 2 gallons of D-GEL to 100-150 gallons of concentrated seal: Add water and sand per manufacturer’s recommendation
